Job description

Our Digital Customer Experience (DCE) Design organization is looking to expand with Senior User Experience (UX) Designers that will design and deliver experiences for our customers that are simple and secure. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to impact millions of people in a deeper, more engaged way by working on everything from our online banking and mobile app to emerging payments - that are used by millions of business banking customers every day.


In this role, you will help solve user problems in the world of helping our businesses users in Small Business Payments product area. You will leverage your passion for creating simple, beautiful solutions to complex problems, by obsessing over understanding the customer and their context, and create user flows + prototypes to explore concepts and tell the story behind the design. Your experience working on multi-platform designs in the past and desire to work on the problem end-to-end to help our products to continue to evolve and meet the needs of our Business Banking customers.


**Job Responsibilities**


+ Liaise with product managers to define design requirements


+ Review graphics, layouts and fonts before products are completed


+ Finalize and deliver wireframes, redlines and America with Disabilities Act spec designs


+ Follow release deadlines to ensure timely delivery of work


+ Follow up with product managers and BSA's to ensure their requirements are met


+ Keep up-to-date with trends techniques and software


**Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills**


+ 3-5 years of experience designing customer experiences and shipping products


+ Experience across multiple release cycles working closely with design, product management + development teams to realize experiences designs using agile project management


+ Experience creating wireframes and detailed visual design documents (comps, redlines) for shipping products


+ Experience designing for finance, banking, payment-related spaces is nice to have


+ Ability to synthesize complex, interdependent, and sometimes competing needs


+ Ability to develop and sustain effective and cooperative working relationships with peers, managers and other internal or external stakeholders


+ Effective communication of design solutions across roles & levels


+ Flexibility/adaptability (ability to change direction based upon team and stakeholder consensus)


+ Awareness and practical understanding of current technologies and their application and relevance to digital experiences


+ Thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented, cross-functional environment with distributed teams across in New York, Delaware, Texas and India


+ BFA or BA in related field graduate design degree preferred


+ Portfolio which demonstrates your design approach and delivery of user-centered product solutions


+ Experience in the financial services or similar industry a plus
