Job Summary
We are looking for a Contract Senior UX/UI Designer to join our team to help us create innovative and user-friendly web applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices, as well as experience with a variety of design tools and software. We are developing Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) and are partnering with Tier 1 car manufacturers. Thus, if you have good experience and knowledge in the fields of autonomous driving or deep learning platforms, we would really like to talk to you.

We have already developed a web application for our internal users and the ideal candidate should be able to address the following items from a UX/UI perspective in order to maximize our web application usability:

• We are handling a big dataset (millions more images and videos) in autonomous driving
• In web UI, we serve large search requests by combining multiple searching keywords or filtering conditions
• Displaying complex visual results in a concise way is getting more and more challenge
• Explore the data as much as possible at once to save time

Responsibilities:

• Construct product designs based on the requirements gathered and ideate on the project
• Create UI elements and logos. Coming up with new innovative design decisions are a part of your daily routine
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to illustrate design concepts
• Prioritize the product roadmap with the management team and stakeholders
• Team up with frontend developers to gather consumer data, validate concepts, test prototypes & apply findings into designs
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to implement designs
• Perform usability testing to ensure that designs are user-friendly

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
• 6+ years of experience in UX/UI design for web applications (experience on mobile applications is a big plus but not required)
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
• Advanced proficiency in design and prototyping tools, such as Figma, InVision, ProtoPie, Proto.io, etc.
• Experience with a variety of design tools and software, such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD
• Bonus points for experience within Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS)
