Form of workElement has an opportunity for a Senior Test Technician to join our rapidly expanding team. As a member of the operations team, the Senior Test Technician position performs a variety of routine and non-routine testing assignments within the department assigned and ensures timely and accurate test results under minimal direct supervision.

Salary: $25/hr-$35/hr
Responsibilities
- Ability to read and understand customer specifications and perform the testing required
- Designs/sets-up/Performs a variety of test according to customer specifications and requirements
- Possess the ability to work independently
- Ensures timely and accurate results with little supervision and technical input.

This is a fast-paced environment, and we need someone who is proactive, self-motivated and a team player. The person for this role will be a specialist in their field, respected by all who they work with, keen to learn and enthusiastic in the face of challenge. You will need:
- Working knowledge of laboratory safety
- Associate degree in related testing or science field Preferred
- Possess 3-6 years of experience in a testing related field
- Basic understanding of testing concepts
