What you'll do...
Senior, Omni Enablement - Platform Operations
Transformative opportunity at the heart of Walmart's eCommerce business leading the execution and delivery of key technology to maximize assortment transactability and optimize fulfillment and sourcing through decisioning and automation. The Catalog & Omni Enablement team is committed to connecting customers with the right items in the right timeframe through the right fulfillment channel. This cross-functional position requires deep knowledge in retail, product management, development lifecycle, data science, business analytics, and business acumen. This position is directly responsible for and interacts with all Walmart fulfillment channels and is critical to ensure successful customer outcomes. We are looking for a business leader who will identify the best possible solution and do what's right for the customer.
What you'll do...
In this role, you will enable platform strategies and corporate initiatives by implementing technical changes/solutions within our decision engines. You will partner daily with cross functional teams to capture requirements, execute complex changes, simulate results, and validate desired outcomes. You will collaborate with product, tech, and engineering to enhance our tooling and reporting capabilities. You will perform regular audits to ensure that our existing structure and automation solutions are aligned with strategic platform direction.

- You have strong experience of implementing and delivering initiatives as a technical or business program manager
- You understand technology, whether in brick-and-mortar retail, ecommerce, or similar industries
- You thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment, have a learning and growth mindset, and adapt quickly
- You are undaunted by challenges. You are a creative thinker and have a test and learn mentality, exercising sound judgment to find the best solution that will work in days, instead of the perfect one that requires weeks
- You are comfortable influencing and leading cross-functional teams, managing stakeholders, getting buy-in from leadership, and holding others accountable in good faith
- You are gifted at making complex topics easily understood through words and visuals
Minimum Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Applied Technology, or related discipline or equivalent experience in Business, Applied Technology or related field
Preferred Qualification:
- Retail Ecommerce or omnichannel experience preferred
- Experience utilizing reporting tools such as SQL & BigQuery
- Strong knowledge of Walmart Catalog, Merchandising, and/or Operations preferred
- Bonus points: Advanced degree in Business, Applied Technology, or related field
