Senior Industrial Engineer(Relocation Assistance)

Note:

looking for 2 different Industrial Engineers!

• 1. IE with manufacturing experience (work cell layouts, method improvements, material usage points, 5S, root cause analysis, time studies, work instructions, etc)
• 2. IE with Distribution background (distribution center layouts, work flow, methods, systems, conveyors, etc.
• MUST HAVE plant/warehousing floor experience!!!
• This is a blue collar, production industrial engineering job.
• IEs that sit behind a desk at large corporations won't work!

Summary:

When it comes to creating, carrying out, and overseeing engineering initiatives that improve manufacturing practices, operations, and procedures, industrial engineers are essential. Industrial engineers drive efforts to raise production, lower costs, improve product quality, and improve efficiency while putting safety first. They collaborate closely with operations, design engineering, and automation engineering.

Responsibilities:

• Align procedures, metrics, benchmarks, and endeavors with an emphasis on safety, cost, delivery, and quality.
• Apply a rigorous analytical approach to problem-solving, creating financially sensible answers to practical issues.
• Manage projects involving installation and process optimization, promoting efficiency and advancements in technology.
• Assure that every project assignment is finished within the allotted time, money, and scope by applying critical thinking and problem-solving techniques to promote operational excellence.

Qualifications:

• Industrial or mechanical engineering bachelor's degree.
• 3+ years of practical expertise using automated manufacturing tools and procedures.
• Exhibiting strong initiative and adaptability in unclear circumstances; able to motivate peers and steer execution.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
