Your Opportunity
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Senior Technology Support Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be working closely with Controls Specialists and Controls Managers to collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets by developing dashboards and reports to help inform business decisions. The Senior Technology Support Consultant will also work closely with Controls Leadership to develop and implement standards for technology usage within the group and linking component subsystems to work together as a coherent unit for program management.
Your Key ResponsibilitiesData Collection and Analysis:
- Collect and analyze large datasets to derive actionable insights.
- Use statistical methods to interpret data and generate useful business reports.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data.
- Data Validation and Cleaning:
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through validation and cleaning processes.
- Collaborate with the Controls team and other teams to resolve data-related issues.
Reporting:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive and visually appealing reports and dashboards.
- Communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R).
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Familiarity with data warehousing and ETL processes.
- Experience with API calls and management (e.g., REST)
- Design, Implement, and Integrate technology solutions
- Experience with large public sector programs in water or transportation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written/verbal communication and collaboration abilities.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to multi-task, manage time, organize, and set priorities and make timely decisions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Industry-specific knowledge and experience (e.g., Architecture, Engineering, Construction).
- Prior work in project controls
- Experience with Middleware tools (e.g., Boomi)
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering).
- Minimum 10 years' experience in a similar role.
Position will primarily work in an office setting; may require some field work.
