The Sr Tech Lead Consultant will work on day-to-day resolution efforts for Enterprise NA E3, E4 Support issues and work in collaboration with other Support technicians and developers.
This position requires interfacing with customers, project leaders and product developers on support-type technical issues and in the research of problems. This position is required to ensure that assigned tasks are performed efficiently and on time according to the respective SLAs.

As Sr Tech Consultant, you will have 5-7 years' experience in SQL Server TSQL development and are considered skilled in this area. You have a proven track record in being a natural, methodical problem solver of complex issues, considering all aspects and implications of the problem and possible solutions.

Here's how

• Taking full ownership of assigned support tasks, including detailed technical planning, code review and unit testing.
• Connecting with management where necessary, for example to raise flags, discuss potential issues or brining new ideas and improvements to the table.
• Working with support techs and the Customer Success team to triage and deliver reported defects, ultimately driving customer satisfaction.
• Contributing to estimation processes and communicating effectively to the Support Manager and Customer Success leaders.
• Providing progress updates on all tasks related to Support issues owned.
• Join weekly meetings conducted by the Enterprise Manager and work collaboratively with all Support Techs.
• Join client meetings when required.

What you bring to this role

Qualifications/Knowledge / Skills

• Bachelors or higher degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years of SQL Server Suite developer experience, version 2012+
• Creation of complex stored procedures involving CTEs, explicit transactions, shredding and creation of XML and exception handling
• Database backed N-tier applications.
• Kimball methodologies for Data Warehousing
• Working the data sets on the order of millions of rows
• Query performance tuning for large datasets
• Experience working with Developer tools such as Azure DevOps, Visual Studio Team Server
  
• Strong experience in developing data ingestion, data processing and analytical pipelines for big data, relational databases, NoSQL and data warehouse solutions.
• Experience with SSRS/SSAS/SSIS

Desirable experience

• Experience developing and deploying ETL solutions on Azure - Desirable
• Hands-on experience in Azure and Big Data technologies such as PowerShell, C#, Java, Node.js, Python, SQL, ADLS/Blob, Databricks - Desirable
• DBA experience
• Familiarity with the Technology stack available in the industry for data management, data ingestion, capture, processing, and curation
• Well versed in DevOps and CI/CD deployments
• Experience with private and public cloud architectures.
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
  
• Desire to work in an information systems environment

• Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills

The US base salary range for this position is: $78.5k - $98.0k. This position may be eligible for a 10% performance- based bonus. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location. Within that range, individual pay is determined by work location and a variety of factors, which may include but not limited, as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held.
