Our law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Tax Associate with an eye for detail, who can rapidly become an integral part of our growing team. The right candidate will use their strong knowledge of tax laws and a commitment to excellence to accurately complete all tax preparation work and make sure they follow current tax regulations. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, have a passion for taxation, and be able to successfully build relationships with a wide variety of clients.
Responsibilities:
- Explain tax issues to clients and their advisors.
- Do technical research on tax issues.
- Work with clients on large, complex transactions.
- Prepare tax returns for individuals.
- Prepare corporate, trust, partnership, and fiduciary tax returns.
- Review time-sensitive transactions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
