How does Partner in 3 years sound? Pretty good right?

At one of the Big 4 firms, you’d be waiting 10+ years, and even then, there’s no guarantee. At this firm, if you put in the hard work, nourish and foster the relationship with current clients, and help bring in new clients- you will be a Partner in 3 years. It’s guaranteed.

Due to the firm growing like crazy (by this I mean bringing in new clients every week), and one of the Partners planning to retire in 3 years, this small firm in Natick, MA is looking to add to its team. If you have an entrepreneurial mindset, want a good work-life balance, and earn good money – you’ve hit the jackpot.

You’ll be reviewing and preparing individual and business tax returns from varied clients ranging in size and industry.

The hours are substantially less, the culture is laid back, and the flexibility is always there. As long as you’re getting the work done, if you’ve got to finish at 3pm to beat the traffic or pick up the kids – that’s totally fine. You’ll be in charge of your own schedule and workload.

We work a maximum of 60 hours during busy season, and have every Friday off in the summer, there’s no point burning out your staff. I’d sooner my staff work at a steady pace, take time with clients and value the relationship”

To be a suitable candidate you’ll have 2+ years experience working in Public Accounting, preparing and reviewing tax returns.
