Accenture Federal Services is looking for a Senior Systems Administrator to help provide consultative Business and System Integration services to help clients implement effective solutions. Understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions. Drive discussions and consult on transformation, the customer journey, functional/application designs and ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements.
Responsibilities include:
- Manages SAP HANA infrastructure and any processes related to these systems.
- Provides support to IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all of the client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, etc.
- Provides Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis and resolution of problems with SAP HANA database.
- Provides support for the escalation and communication of status to agency management and internal customers.
- Provides support for the dispatch system and hardware problems and remains involved in the resolution process.
- Configures and manages UNIX (Linux) and Windows operating systems and installs/loads operating system software, troubleshoots, maintains integrity and configures network components along with implementing operating systems enhancements and updates to improve reliability, security and performance.
Here's what you need:
- 15 years of experience in system administration
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science or STEM or 5 years of additional system administration experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree
Security Clearance:
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph is required
Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. California: $117,000 - $214,300
Colorado: $117,00 - $185,200
New York: $108,500 - $214,300
Washington: $124,700 - $197,300
