Halff has an opening for a Senior Survey Technician with at least 3 years of experience as a Survey Technician to work in our Fort Worth, TX office. Senior Survey TechnicianResponsibilities:
Senior Survey TechnicianResponsibilities:
- Organizing research for field
- Reducing field observations
- Preparing data for drafting
- Preparing legal descriptions
- Assisting the RPLS by preparing Survey Reports
- Preparing deed sketches
- Preparing COGO calculations
- Assisting the RPLS with the Boundary Analysis
Senior Survey TechnicianRequirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Survey Technician
- Experience in producing survey maps and plats
- AutoCAD Civil 3D experience
Senior Survey Technician PreferredRequirements:
- SIT or CST certification is desired, but not required
- Previous field experience as a surveyor is a plus
- TxDOT, Electrical or Land Development Survey Technician experience is a plus
- Experience with Microstation Open Roads Design is a plus
- Experience with Trimble Business Center or Leica Infinity is a plus
- Higher level of education is a plus (Associate's Degree in Land Survey or Bachelor's Degree in Land Survey and/or Geospatial Sciences)
