Senior Survey Cadd Technician

We are currently searching for a Senior SurveyCADD Technician to support our Southwest region in Texas.

What you’ll be doing:

• Prepare survey deliverables in Microstation and Autodesk Civil3D including topographic surveys, ROW mapping, digital terrain models, boundary surveys, parcel plats, control surveys, etc.
• Coordinate with survey field crews working on various projects.
• Preparing field packets and work orders for survey field crews.
• Process & QC survey field data and import into CAD environment.
• Preform records research, abstracting, title research, deed sketches, etc.
• Prepare metes and bounds descriptions under supervision of RPLS

What you need to have:

• 5+ years of prior experience with surveying and/or CADD
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in computer Aided Drafting, Geography, Surveying, Geomatics or similar field is preferred.
• Familiarity with TxDOT survey standards is preferred.
• Experience with Autodesk Civil3D and Microstation is required.
• GIS experience a plus.
• Aerial mapping/LiDAR experience a plus.
• Terrestrial scanning experience a plus.
• Ability to obtain SIT and professional licensure is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work within a team environment.
