We are looking for a Senior Support Engineer who will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional technical support. In this role, you will provide technical assistance but also play a crucial role in identifying opportunities to enhance our products and drive sales.
Support Engineer responsibilities include:
- Provide expert-level technical support to our clients, troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions;
- Keep communication open on all issues until they are resolved or handed over to another source;
- Diagnose problems with installed Blocksi solution by phone, email, chat, or onsite;
- Improving configurations to customers, documenting how such changes would enhance Blocksi product utilization and performance;
- Provide technical and non-technical support services to clients and other staff members;
- Maintaining of Blocksi solutions and supporting third-party products;
- Stay up-to-date with our product offerings and industry trends;
- Train team members in the customer application of technologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field;
- Proven track record in technical support, with 5 years of experience;
- Experience with solving computer-related technical problems;
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills;
- Logical thinking and attention to details;
- ComptTIA certification is a plus;
- Google Admin Console, Windows Active Directory, LDAP, Routing, javascript, Html, CSS, Azure Active Directory, MDM Airwatch or similar, IOS, MacOS, Windows , Firewall, Wireshark;
- Integrity in troubleshooting and customer service;
- Team player.
Additional skills:
- Knowledge in networking l.e routing, switching, and/or firewalls;
- Knowledge in managing enterprise deployments of iOS, Android, and/or Chromebook devices.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
