Form of workSonoco Products, a global leader in packaging solutions, is seeking a talented Data Analyst to join our team in Hartsville, SC, supporting our Flexibles business with the option for remote work for candidates residing in Mexico. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our business analytics capabilities helping us transform our data into insights to improve our business decision-making capability through Qlik App development, report writing and business system enhancement.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain Qlik applications to visualize and analyze Supply Chain data.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and ensure Qlik solutions meet business needs.
Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights, contributing to improved Supply Chain, operations, and overall business performance.
Build interactive dashboards and reports for key stakeholders, facilitating data-driven decision-making.
Monitor data quality and integrity, proactively addressing data issues and inconsistencies.
Assist in the design and implementation of data-related projects to optimize Supply Chain operations.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analytics to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. (BS in Business, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Management or Statistics)
Proven experience in Qlik App development (required).
SQL experience (preferred).
Java experience (preferred).
Strong proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools.
Knowledge of business processes and data analytics.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
