What we need
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our Pallet Building Sequence (PSEQ) team within our Core Systems Software Engineering organization. Your job will be to design and develop PSEQ software and algorithms to support new hardware/functionalities within our warehouse automation systems. You will also support onsite teams on issues related to robotic palletizing and depalletizing. This is the perfect opportunity to join an innovative and energetic team that develops software which will influence our products and customers.

The Pallet Building Sequence (PSEQ) team is responsible for developing the software to support robotic depalletizing and palletizing within our end to end, fully autonomous warehouse automation system. Our software enables the system to build a pallet with the best stability and cycle time.

What you'll do
- Design and develop software for Warehouse Automation Systems.
- Work on PSEQ algorithm/software development to support new hardware/functionalities and continuous AOB performance improvement.
- Support onsite team on issues related with robotic palletizing and depalletizing applications, triage root cause of issues and help on decisions with solution options.
- Develop data collection/analysis/report tools for system testing.
- Up to 15% travel may be required.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree required in Computer Science, EE, or related discipline. Master's degree preferred.
- 8+ years professional experience developing software in C#
- Experience with RabbitMQ, Windows Service, Dependency Injection using Unity and an understanding of virtualized servers and networking is required.
- Deep knowledge with Design Patterns, Object-Oriented Programming, and algorithm
- Experience with Event-Based microservice built with Kubernetes is a plus.
- Experience with MATLAB programming is a plus.
