Description
Corteva Agriscience LLC seeks a full-time Senior Software Engineer 2. May telecommute from any U.S. location. HQ in Indianapolis, IN. This position works with the Farming Solutions & Digital group that designs and builds customer-facing digital solutions that maximize value for farmers and advisors by owning both team’s backend services and AWS infrastructure and implementation for team’s React frontends.
Qualifications
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equiv in Computer Science or a related field & 5 years related (progressive, post-baccalaureate) exp. Must also have 36 months of exp with each of the following: (1) build Python APIs for use in the agriculture industry; (2) create AWS infrastructure to support APIs and the data science tools behind them such as RDS, Lambda, S3, ECS, and Fargate; (3) work with cloud deployment languages (CloudFormation, Terraform, Chef, Ansible, and Helm); and (4) use React to build a Typescript-driven front-end framework. Must also have 12 months experience with GIS software and geospatial image processing techniques for raster and vector data sources in the agricultural industry. Salary: $122,720 to $156,000/year.
