Responsibilities
- Take ownership of projects and initiatives and ensure high quality of deliverables
- Work closely with a team of engineers to develop and maintain the Access Policy Engine
- Drive the future of architecture of the Identity and Access Management platform (IAM)
- Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders for requirements, architecture, and overall design
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and adopt best practices
- Take ownership of projects and initiatives and ensure high quality of deliverables
- Must have 6+ years of experience building enterprise software and strong engineering background
- Fluent in Go/Python/C++ software development
- Must have a strong interest in compilers and deep understanding of algorithms and efficient data structures
- Must have understanding of identity management and authentication protocols such as Oauth 2.0, OIDC and SAML 2.0
- Must have strong architectural and design experience building software application across many system layers
- Must have passion for improving performance, user experience and scalability
- Must have solid coding and debugging skills
- Must communicate, collaborate and work effectively in a team environment
- Plus for having experience working with distributed applications
