Senior Software Developer

Responsibilities:
- Software development: lead and participate in the development of complex software solutions guaranteeing code quality and efficiency.

- Technical Leadership: Provide direction and mentorship to other developers and team members. Revise codes and promote best practices.

- Architecture Design: Contribute to architectural decisions and design of software.

- Problem Resolution: Analyze and resolve technical challenges. Collaborate with interested parties to comprehend the requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Collaboration: Work closely with multifunctional teams including management and clients.

- Code Revision

- Technological Evaluation: Keep up to date with industry tendencies to recommend new tools when necessary.

- Project Management

- Quality Assurance

- Understanding of necessities to implement the best solutions and improvements with direction.

- Continuous improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance processes.

Experience:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Previous experience supervising (directly or indirectly) developers.

- 5+ years of experience in software development.

- Solid comprehension of basic principles of software architecture and development.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervison.

- Knowledge of the following programming languages: NodeJs, Java Script, Next Js, Sprint Boot, React, MySQL, Carbon Design System.
