Under the supervision of the Director of Business and Financial Services, the Senior Secretary-Business and Financial provides administrative support to the Director of Developmental Services and the Director of Business and Financial Services. Responsible for assisting with fiscal activities such as monthly manual billing of services for annual contracts held within the community; prepare monthly manual billing related to FAPT and/or CSA services; provide general administrative assistance to the Director of Developmental Services.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Requirements
M1: High School Diploma or GED
M2: At least two years’ experience working in an office environment
M3: Experience working with Microsoft Office
Preferred Requirements
P1: Associate degree
P2: Transcription experience
P3: Experience with Electronic Health Record
Fingerprints, State and FBI criminal record reports, drug test, and central registry (CANIS) report will be required upon request. Our Agency maintains a drug-free workplace.
ANNUAL SALARY RANGE
$34,403 - $60,205
