About the Role
Position Summary:
The Senior Sales Executive - Clinical Solutions will drive revenue by strategically prospecting and selling genetics telehealth services to health systems and hospitals, focusing on achieving sales targets and revenue goals. This role requires experience in hospital/health system sales, preferably within the telehealth sector, and a strong understanding of Clinical Solutions.
Essential Functions
- Develop and execute proactive strategic sales plans to penetrate health systems and hospitals, focusing on achieving sales targets and revenue goals.
- Prospect and qualify leads to build a robust pipeline of sales qualified opportunities.
- Respond to inquiries from prospective new customers.
- Develop and nurture channel partnerships to drive business growth and expand market reach.
- Expand business in existing accounts by proactively identifying and leveraging opportunities to boost patient referrals to the company, thereby driving growth and fostering stronger client relationships.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within healthcare organizations.
- Provide training, workflow, and sales support to channel partners to enable them to effectively sell our genetics telehealth services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery of services.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
- Enter and update information in the Company CRM on a daily basis, including prospect and customer information, communication history, sales pipeline and opportunities, activities and tasks, as well as notes and documents.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to senior management.
About You
Your Education & Experience
- 3+ years of Hospital/Health System Sales experience required, preferably selling telehealth.
- College (BS, BA, or equivalent) degree or relevant work experience.
- Clinical and/or healthcare background desired.
Your Competencies
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.
- Strong prospecting and opportunity management skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and within the corporate team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple relationships to accomplish goals and objectives.
- Intermediate skill level using web-based programs and office productivity tools.
- Well organized and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Experience and proficiency managing customers/contacts using a CRM application (preferably Insightly) and Google Drive and/or Microsoft Office products.
