Senior Revenue Analyst

We are seeking a Sr. Revenue Analyst to join our Financial Planning and Analysis team. The Sr. Revenue Analyst is responsible for a variety of revenue analytics including creating journal entries, analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills are required for this role. Additionally, the ability to present financial information and analytics in a concise and easily comprehensible manner is essential.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Assists with revenue portion of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages including performing detailed analysis to assist in explaining variances and results.
• Supports the data aggregation, validation and mapping process as needed to maintain accuracy in the results.
• Completes Affiliate revenue results conference calls and provides insight of revenue and AR shifts.
• Develop revenue analysis and clearly communicate results to finance leadership through clear, concise verbal and written communication.
• Evaluates financial performance by reviewing financial metrics on an individual and consolidated view.
• Supports in evaluating existing processes and recommends opportunities for improvements in efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness.
• Maintains confidentiality of financial information and investment decisions.

Education

Bachelor's degree in accounting; required.

Master's Degree; preferred.

Experience and Skills Requirements

• Overall 3+ years finance experience and 3+ Healthcare Revenue Recognition and Analytics experience.
• Advanced Excel skills and functional knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite required.
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
• Strong business partnering skills and collaboration across multiple departments.
• Ability to update reports/dashboards and provide analysis.
• Business Intelligence software PowerBI minimum 1 year experience strongly preferred.
