We seek an engaging and dedicated individual to join our team as a Senior Resident Coordinator for our Bishop Gendron Senior Living Community. The Senior Resident Coordinator plays a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents by coordinating various activities, fostering social connections, and ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment. We strive to create a warm and welcoming environment where seniors can thrive in an atmosphere of respect, dignity, and compassion.
This is a full-time position, 32 hours a week, 4 days a week, no weekend requirement.

Job Responsibilities;
· Coordinate and facilitate a wide range of activities and events tailored to the interests and preferences of our Senior Residents.
· Build meaningful relationships with residents, serving as a friendly and supportive presence in their daily lives.
· Provide residents with compassionate listening, companionship, and emotional support, engaging in meaningful conversations.
· Foster a sense of community and belonging among residents by facilitating social interactions, group activities, and special events.
• Receptionist coverage every other weekend
• Must possess a high school diploma or its equivalent
• Must have a clean driving record
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook required
