As the Insights Senior Researcher, you will analyze and interpret brand and business data to make the Marketing organization smarter about the programs we develop and investments we make, all in service of increasing our competitiveness.
We are looking for a talented Consumer Insights researcher that has a passion working with data to find the insights needed to drive strategic decision making.
What You Will Do
  • Partner with marketing teams and regional stakeholders around the world to execute research studies, build effective analysis tools, measurement plans, goals, and KPI scorecards to measure our marketing efforts.
  • Manage several external agencies on primary and secondary research studies from setup through launch, fielding and reporting.
  • Construct and Maintain large data sets and dashboards including data interpretation and identifying key insights
  • Health of our brands, through Social Listening and traditional Brand Equity studies.
  • Campaign performance, through brand lift studies, social media metrics and media spend analysis.
  • Health of our business, through Market Data Analytics.
  • Manage 3 global trackers across 15 countries for brand, category and social media to ensure flawless execution, standardization and effective analysis.
  • Prepare and present research studies to regional and global marketing colleagues conveying key insights and jobs to be done.
  • Liaise with colleagues across global Marketing, Corporate Strategy, Product category leaders and Finance for data collection to uncover insights and present findings.
  • Prepare quality checks and data verification to ensure accuracy and consistency; identify and solve project issues.
  • Devise and evaluate methods to improve the data collection process, such as digital automation and dashboards.

What You Need
  • Bachelor's degree in Market Research, Statistics, 5+ years of experience with proven success. Sociology, Marketing/Business or related field (masters degree preferred).
  • Primary and secondary research experience (both quantitative and qualitative) with the ability to manage studies from design phase to reporting phase.
  • Comfortable using research and database tools such as Qualtrics, Power BI, Qlik Sense, NPD Decision Key, social media listening platforms and other data mining platforms.
  • Mastery in data manipulation and ability to interpret large amounts of data and simplify complex ideas.
  • Extensive experience in Microsoft Office software required, including high proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to advise on data strategy and governance by connecting the dots to accommodate all of marketing' needs.
  • Experience working in a highly matrix organization and across different regions, ideally in a global role.

What is Nice to Have
  • Strong analytical and mathematical reasoning and problem-solving
  • Large brand and/or major retail client experience.
  • Experience at a data vendor and/or market research agency (i.e. Nielsen, IRI, NPD, etc.).

What Makes You Eligible
  • Be willing to travel up to 10%, domestic and international travel.
  • This role is eligible to work remotely
  • Successfully complete a background investigation and drug screen as a condition of employment
