We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Research Associate with experience in immune cell processing to join our research team in Wesley, Chapel. As a Senior Research Associate, you will contribute to our ongoing research projects to scale-up and optimize closed sterile immune cell processing procedures and assist in the analysis of patient blood and tissue samples from clinical trials. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and professional development.

Skills:
- Strong background in immunology, cell biology, molecular biology or related fields
- Proficiency in laboratory techniques such as cell culture, aseptic technique, ELISA, ELISPOT assays, viral lytic assays
- Whole blood processing for PBMC isolation, positive and negative selection of immune cell subsets, cell counting automated and hematocytometer and sterile tube docking
- experience with flow cytometry staining techniques (external and internal)
- Cryogenic cell and sample preparation and storage techniques
- Ability to work with automated cell processing and analytical equipment such Cytation-7, Rotea, CliniMax
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
