We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our fast-growing telehealth company: Mochi Health. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing talent, screening and managing applicants and optimizing pipeline. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a deep understanding of recruiting tools and best practices.

Responsibilities:

Source high-quality talent for full-time roles in engineering, product, marketing, strategy, and operations. Manage recruiting pipeline tools such as greenhouse and organize scheduling with candidates and hiring managers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in recruiting for a high growth startup
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioirtize multiple projects with little oversight.
• Skilled at utilizing various recruiting websites, recruiting tools, and GSuite programs including Slack, Google Sheets, and Google Forms

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
