Responsibilities:
Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract candidates for various positions within the company.
Source candidates through online job boards, social media, networking, and other channels.
Review resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates to determine their qualifications and fit for the company.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and prioritize recruiting efforts.
Manage the hiring process from initial contact through offer acceptance, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and hiring activities.
Assist with onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
Requirements:
Employee will have the opportunity to work a hybrid model with the majority of time traveling to locations, and some office time in Utah when necessary.
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in recruiting, preferably in the construction or contracting industry.
Preferred Trades specific recruiting background.
Strong knowledge of recruiting methods and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and recruiting software.
Extensive travel to regional areas to build relationships with local businesses and engage in recruiting efforts with all office locations.
