Quality Assurance Testing:

• Lead and conduct comprehensive testing of websites.
• Identify visual and functional defects, inconsistencies, and usability issues in digital assets.
• Verify functionality, performance, and compatibility across various browsers, devices, and operating systems.
• Perform visual regression testing and ensure compliance with accessibility standards.
• Understand project scopes for testing, including devices, browsers, environments, and other specified requirements.

• Identify defects, bugs, and issues clearly with steps to reproduce and relevant details.
• Review, prioritize, and assign incoming feedback from other testers.
• Create bug reports within Jira to inform stakeholders of the count and status during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Communication and Collaboration:

• Assist the Project Manager in planning and facilitating testing to ensure completion on schedule.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, UX, and account managers, for timely issue resolution.
• Participate in project meetings, providing input on Quality Assurance aspects of digital projects.
• Continuously improve, update, and expand internal processes to align with best practices and maintain internal documentation.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• Proven 4+ years of experience in digital Quality Assurance/testing, with a focus on websites.
• Strong knowledge of testing methods, tools, and best practices in the digital space.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with automated testing tools.
• Knowledge of agile development methodologies.
• Familiarity with best practices/principles for web design and UX.
