Senior Property Manager

Brown Property Group is looking to hire a key team member to for the Senior Property Manager position. The ideal candidate will possess at least 3 years of property management experience and have the skill to manage and maintain customer relationships and is great fit with the organizations core values.

Duties and Responsibilities Include but not limited to:

• Direct and participate in the daily operations of the property.
• Fully screen rental applicants to determine needs and ability to rent.
• Enforce the terms and conditions of all lease agreements and property management agreements.
• Ensure timely and accurate collection of monthly rents.
• Oversee the maintenance department and ensure proper execution and completion of maintenance related items.
• Inform and educate potential tenants of rental requirements.
• Answer and execute any tenant and homeowner requests.
• Manage leasing duties to ensure timely and accurate placement of residents.
• Oversee routine property inspections while working with the inspections team.
• Establish friendly and healthy working relationships with homeowners and tenants.
• Review monthly owner statements and and tenant ledgers.
• Ensure compliance of company policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state and federal employment and real estate laws.
• Quickly and fully implement directive from company staff and the management team.
• Must work well with a team.
• Other duties may be assigned as needed.

NC Real Estate License preferred.

Pay: $47,000.00 - $51,000.00 per year
