Job description

A career in Infrastructure and Property, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to be a part of developing and managing the PwC operational infrastructure that allows us to support our people and our clients. We focus on all aspects of internal infrastructure services from real estate site selection, facilities management, and physical security to managing relationships with Firm travel partners and event planning. Our Corporate Real Estate team is responsible for arranging the procurement of properties used for operating purposes while maintaining cost exposure to PwC.. You’ll help with real estate financial analysis and reporting, budgeting and forecasting, site selection, and delivery of space.

Demonstrates intimate abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader:

  • Leveraging key business and strategic priorities with oversight of teams to manage a range of enterprise projects including strategic initiatives, Real Estate projects, process improvements, and other operational activities;
  • Assisting leaders across the firm in the development and roll out of strategic programs and projects;
  • Identifying, developing, and implementing industry leading practices;
  • Driving continuous improvement by conducting business performance analysis against targeted function or initiative measures;
  • Providing analysis of key functional performance indicators; and,
  • Developing project timelines and budgets.

Demonstrates intimate abilities and/or a proven record of success leading high performing teams to develop and put into place operational processes, project management procedures, workspace standards, and technology integration, including the following areas:

  • Developing and driving critical organization enterprise initiatives and strategic decisions to align consensus and execute on real estate initiatives and solutions;
  • Identifying and leading strategies that improve the real estate delivery process through price reduction, timing, innovation, and other quantifiable metrics;
  • Developing streamlined project management practices to maintain inventories of project documentation, and completing market due diligence and identifying viable sites to house the firms' business units;
  • Developing target space, budget and performance metrics for the delivery process and corresponding implementation teams;
  • Gathering information, developing recommendations, and securing support from multiple and diverse stakeholders with varying and divergent needs for real estate projects and initiatives;
  • Reaching an agreement through persuasive communications to influence and achieve consensus on high-level business decisions at all organizational levels;
  • Delivering operational effectiveness while operating under intense deadline pressures, and driving consistent communications within the team and overall enterprise;
  • Identifying, planning, and executing this range of projects to support across the National Real Estate and Internal firm services organizations;
  • Having the ability to independently make decisions and solve problems around the firm's real estate projects and strategic initiatives;
  • Identifying and managing direct resources and relationships;
  • Managing, recommending, and creating the project charter, including scope and objectives;
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop and managing initial test fits and preliminary schematic designs utilizing REVIT for a variety of RE project types and locations;
  • Demonstrating operational understanding of IWMS systems, including Tango;
  • Demonstrating experience driving RE project schedules and utilization or MS Teams and Project;
  • Coaching and developing talent while providing guidance to project team members;
  • Communicating with project stakeholders to obtain their input and feedback and reporting on project status;
  • Overseeing internal resources and external service providers throughout execution;
  • Partnering with the Change Management Leader to provide all change management required for projects assigned; and,
  • Analyzing data relevant to project objectives to identify trends, monitor performance, and develop/act on recommended action plans and deliverables.
