We're seeking a Project Managerin Built Environment to join our teamin San Francisco, CA. Someone who can use their vast experience in the industry and apply it to today's challenges.
As a member of our team, you will lead building and infrastructure projects consisting of multi-discipline teams of employees in design, including: Architectural, MEP, Structural, and Civil. You'll play an integral role in, forming long-term relationships with clients and pursuing new work, including strategy development, positioning, proposing, and negotiating contracts. You'll provide effective, skilled project management to help reduce the costs of delivering projects and adding value to the business by applying proven project management techniques.

- Bachelor of Engineering, or Architecture.
- 10 years of experience as a Project Manager in an Architectural or Engineering organization.
- Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with clients and to win work
- Experience managing large or complex projects across multiple market sectors.
- Experience developing and managing project schedules, project planning activities, budgets, project risks and quality of project deliverables for the Vertical Building Space.
- International experience supporting buildings and/or life sciences projects
- Strong working knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, contract management, project delivery methods, building systems/components and technology, team building, and client relationship building
- Firm understanding of sustainability and its benchmarks as it relates to the construction industry.
Ideally, You'll Also Have:

The base salary range for this position is $132,700 to $207,350. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
