Torch is seeking a Senior Program Integrator / SME with expertise in laboratory networking, hardware integration, and SIL operations.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct analysis of current lab functionality, develop courses of action for capability enhancement, and oversee integration with current laboratory capabilities.
  • Support test and demonstration activities through developing test plans, delivering assessments, and briefing to senior Army leaders.
  • Provide subject matter expertise integrating advanced technologies into high-fidelity laboratory architecture.
  • Develop statements of work and manage execution of facility improvement.
  • Conduct research into commercial, government, academic, and international best practices for architecture strategies and leverage other efforts where possible.
  • Analyze emerging technologies and capabilities for suitability for integration on Army aircraft.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or associate degree with 15+ years of related technical experience
  • 15+ years of system integration engineering experience.
  • Experience applying systems engineering processes for the development and documentation of system and test requirements and assessment/verification requirements.
  • Experience with networking hardware and software for Army applications.
  • Experience integrating COTS and MCOTS technology on Army aircraft.
  • Detail-oriented with solid writing skills.
  • Ability to successfully comprehend and adhere to technical and operational standards/processes.
  • Experience implementing MOSA principles in system design.
  • Must be able to effectively interact with Government customers and contractors.

Desired Skills:
  • Experience applying FACE, RTCA DO-178B/C, and RTCA DO-254.
  • Understanding of Hardware Open System Technology (HOST), Sensor Open System Architecture (SOSA), C5ISR/EW Modular Open Suite of Standards (CMOSS).
