Your day-to-day work will include:

The Senior Program Analyst will support the Office of the Chief Financial Officer EVM Program Exec.

• Serve as subject matter expert for all aspects of Earned Value Management (EVM) including establishing and maintaining a Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB), proper administration of management reserve, and all requirements associated with meeting the EIA-748 EVMS guidelines and EVM best practices.
• Must be knowledgeable of a product-oriented Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and able to advise projects on how to best structure their WBS and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to facilitate EVM integration and rollup.
• Maintains a thorough understanding of the schedule critical path and performs related analysis which may require projections, analysis of requirements, and data analysis.
• Must have experience supporting and/or facilitating Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs), EVMS Surveillance Reviews and possess a strong working knowledge of EIA-748 and be familiar with all EVM processes and principles.
• Support programs and projects with the integration of EVM data into NASA's annual PPBE process.\
• Administration of NASA's EVM software (COBRA and Empower).
• Maintain and test software in a multi-stage environment, aid in installing upgrades and monitoring system performance.
• Identify system performance and functional issues, recommend solutions, and confer with vendors when necessary to resolve.
• Develop and update processes and practices to manage applications to ensure consistent and reliable operation.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• NASA experience preferred.
• Desired 15+ years combined experience.
• Advanced user of Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.
• Experience using software like Empower/wInisght, Cobra, SharePoint, and Excel are highly desired
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or other related certifications desirable
• Membership with the Project Management Institute (PMI) and/or the College of Performance Management (CPM) a plus.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Work Environment- Generally an office environment but can involve inside or outside work depending on task.
• Physical Requirements- Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time). May require lifting and carrying up to 10 lbs. (5% of time).
• Equipment and Machines- Standard office equipment (PC, telephone, printer, etc.).
• Attendance- Regular attendance in accordance with established work schedule is critical. Ability to work outside normal schedule and adjust schedule to meet peak periods and surge requirements when required.
• Other Essential Functions- Must be able to work in a team atmosphere. Must put forward a professional behavior that enhances productivity and promotes teamwork and cooperation. Grooming and dress must be appropriate for the position and must not impose a safety risk/hazard to the employee or others.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor of Science / Bachelor of Arts Desired

Work hours:

Here at Aeyon we believe in creating an environment that fosters a healthy work/ life balance. The typical day consists of a 9-5 Monday-Friday work schedule totaling 40 hours per week, but we do realize that life happens, and things come up.
