Senior Program Analyst

PolyCon Solutions is seeking aSenior Program Analyst to support our subcontractor and our Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) client with their program and project management needs. The candidate would be responsible for planning, organizing, securing, and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific program goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:

Independently, be able to:

• Maintain schedules
• Prepare communications, analyses, and reports for senior executives regarding matters of significant importance to the organization.
• Gather data from various stakeholders around the FAA.
• Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client satisfaction goals and objectives.
• Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention.
• Solve complex multi-discipline problems with and for clients that impact strategic program goals and results.
• Plan logistics for meetings and conferences.
• Provide recommendations for business process improvements

Qualifications:

• Ability to multi-task the tracking of project schedule development, project control, risk management practices/issues, and project documentation processing/archiving between multiple simultaneous projects.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Microsoft Projects.
• Excellent customer service skills necessary to interact with Senior and Executive level management and to foster an environment of cooperation between different departments and co-workers.
• Ability to work with, manage, and maintain information stored in a Knowledge Sharing Network (KSN)/SharePoint site(s).
• Expert knowledge of government practices, advanced techniques, and solutions to develop new standards, processes, and solutions.

Desired Skills:

• Experience with preparing briefing packages for Senior and Executive level management.
• Previous experience as a high-level team member supporting the FAA.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree and 12-15 years of prior relevant experience or a Master's degree and 10-12 years of prior relevant experience.
