We are looking for a self-directed, experienced Technical Business Analyst with strong Private Wealth Management / Advisor experience to support NB's multi-year program focused on strategic software implementation, business process re-engineering, and vendor application integrations. You will be responsible for user engagement, current/future state process and solutions documentation, Technology deliverables, and planning/tracking implementations.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with members of the project team(s) and various business and technology stakeholders to understand business problems and current processes.
- Own and lead the setting of project scope, execution, and implementation.
- Act as the liaison between NB and vendors, overseeing documentation, data feeds, meetings, and communication.
- Perform data analysis and create comprehensive data conversion plans.
- Understand the current processes and tools used by NB and map target state requirements to existing or new systems
- Attend pertinent meetings to gather project information from both internal and external sources.
- Identify data gaps and discrepancies, and recommend solutions.
- Manage the planning and testing of the project.
- Ensuring timely milestone achievement, regularly updating and communicating plans to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of business analysis and project management, Agile experience useful.
- Related experience in Private wealth management / Advisory function is a must-have.
- Working Knowledge & Experience with Large Vendor Platforms and/or end-to-end process models in Private Wealth Management space is preferred
- Masters(MBA or MS) degree is preferred
- Knowledge of Business Process Workflow tools must have
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, etc
- Proficiency with Query and Data analytics tools
- Azure DevOps Board experience is desirable
- Strong writing and communication skills.
Compensation Details
The salary range for this role is $140,000-$170,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in New York City. An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. This job is also eligible for a discretionary bonus.
