ResortPass is seeking a seasoned Senior Product Manager to lead our growth and optimization efforts. You will own the CRO program and be responsible for the product experience related to acquisition, engagement and retention of customers within our Marketplace site and mobile apps. This person will partner with our marketing organization to identify new ways to reach customers. You'll deeply understand current and potential marketing acquisition channels, research and implement new growth opportunities, and ensure tracking is in place to measure impact.
We're looking for someone who is passionate, customer-obsessed, and analytical minded. This person will report into the Lead Product Manager of Marketplace and work closely with design and engineering teams to build best-in-class products. You should be comfortable interacting with high-level leaders, while also leading discussions with technical teams. You should have a growth mindset, leveraging data to determine the ROI on all decisions and help innovate on new growth opportunities at ResortPass.
We are looking for someone who is located in or near the NYC area, as this role will be onsite a minimum of 3x per week. The base salary for this role will range from $120,000 - 160,000 per year, plus equity, commensurate with experience.
- Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, marketing, and cross-functional teams to build features optimized for growth from ideation through design, execution, launch, outcomes, and iteration
- Lead the planning, execution and delivery of our growth strategy and roadmap in partnership with our Head of Marketing by managing standups, sprint processes, and high-level communication with leadership
- Deeply understand our customers through usage, feedback and data to continually iterate, innovate, and evolve the product experience
- Run continuous experiments to uncover insights and improve conversion and engagement
- Oversee growth metrics, owning and expanding the key product growth loops of the business
- 5+ years of product management experience delivering complex products and features from concept to launch
- A deep understanding of A/B testing, funnel analysis, and data analytics
- A strong ability to research ideas, understand the customer and make informed decisions based on success metrics
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, collaborating effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Skilled at operating as a cross-functional leader in situations with high levels of ambiguity
- Mastery of data and product tools including JIRA, Amplitude, AppsFlyer etc.
- Scrappy, motivated, problem solver who won't wait for direction
- Bonus points for deep knowledge of SQL, experience in growth product, digital marketing channels including SEO, and familiarity with marketing technology and tracking tools
