Form of workWe are looking for a customer-obsessed Product Manager with a strong track record of delivering results and proven supply chain management and/or forecasting experience to work in our exciting Sub Same Day Forecasting business. This role owns the short-term and long-term strategy for our demand forecasting, performance analysis, and new site launches with a focus on experimentation to deliver our customers the optimal blend of convenience and speed.
This role owns the weekly demand forecasting and performance reporting for the Sub Same Day program in U.S. metros enabling Amazon to continue to push the envelope when it comes to delivery speed. The Product Manager will drive key strategic decisions around demand forecasting, performance analysis, and new site launches with a focus on experimentation to deliver our customers the optimal blend of convenience and speed.
You are results oriented and have thrived and succeeded in operating a new business in a highly ambiguous environment. You know how to be scrappy but operate as part of a larger team and business. The role requires innovative thinking balanced with a strong customer and operational focus. You will need to develop new processes, leveraging the best and creating the rest. High judgement, ability to influence, analytical ability, exceptional communication skills and leadership are essential to success in this role. You have prior experience forecasting and working with lots of cross-functional stakeholders.
