We are seeking an outstanding Product Manager that will transform the way our small-medium businesses (SMBs) access money services. The mission for the team is to craft embedded experiences that make money movement products such as payments, payroll and lending available without friction. You will be deeply customer obsessed and passionate about creating magically simple solutions to enable SMBs to manage their money, while balancing risk management and compliance obligations. This is a strategic role with an opportunity to make a big impact in the lives of our customers and drive huge business impact.
Responsibilities- 5+ years designing and delivering world-class products in a Product Management role

- Experience partnering with engineering and design teams to define, build, and maintain products which are critical to growth, engagement, and retention
- Financial industry knowledge is a plus
- Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree or MBA preferred
- End-to-end ownership of the Customer Onboarding platform for money services, spanning all product offerings to ensure a seamless experience across the ecosystem
- Develop deep customer empathy and detailed understanding of the onboarding journey for SMBs, minimizing friction throughout the Intuit ecosystem
- Transform platform with scalable capabilities to serve a global audience
- Leverage customer insights to formulate a compelling platform vision, then develop hypotheses and initiatives to deliver that vision; create, measure and own success metrics
- Build strong relationships with product, engineering, risk and operations teams to influence and align on platform roadmap
- Establish product delivery timelines in close collaboration with development teams; communicate frequently and clearly with other teams and leaders across the business
- Ruthlessly prioritize initiatives and drive work with strong focus on process and tactical execution
