The Service Oklahoma (SOK) mission is to ease the stress in navigating government services by providing a best-in-class customer experience. We are Oklahomans helping Oklahomans by providing driver license and motor vehicle services on behalf of the state.
This position has an annual rate of up to $80,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
The Service Oklahoma offers a generous benefits package, including a benefits allowance to off-set the costs of medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance plans. The Service Oklahoma will match up to 7% towards an employee's Defined Contribution retirement plan. Our employees receive 11 paid holidays, 15 days of paid annual leave, which increases with every 5 years of service, and 15 days of paid sick leave. Additionally, employees will receive longevity payments based on their years of service with the State of Oklahoma.

Position Responsibilities
Drive research-based methodology to understand the needs and pain points of Oklahomans. Identify room for optimization, and opportunities for innovation and improvement Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize back-end and front-end processes with the goal of creating efficient flows Ensure a consistent, high-quality experience for customers and staff Leverage qualitative and quantitative data to help define and launch proof-of-concept products Contribute to product roadmap and execution plan, and partner with OMES and others to build and launch new products and services Collaborate during product development phase to inform roadmap, feasibility, and estimated build timeframes Support during product-outages Work with quality assurance teams to ensure optimized business processes Other duties as assigned, including supporting scaling of the Service Oklahoma organization

Valued Skills and Experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, planning and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate across functional teams and influence stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Preferred Skills: familiar with business process management, product management and no/low code tools (Google Analytics, Figma, Sketch, Adobe Suite, Power Apps, Power Automate, etc.)
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Product Development
Physical Demands and Work Environment
- This position works in a comfortable office setting with a computer for a large percentage of the work day. The noise level in the work environment is usually mild.
- Occasional travel may be required
Schedule
- This is a full-time, 40 hour per week position
