Your Team
We're looking for a senior designer to help create exceptional experiences that will transform the way Atlassian supports our thousands of global team members. You will play a foundation role in the development of exciting new products that support the interactions between all Atlassians and their leaders, ExecOps, and people support partners

Your background:
9+ years of UX/product design experience, fueled by experience with user-centered design.
Experience with balancing the big picture with meticulous attention to detail.
Customer-centric thinking: You dive deep into audience needs, test hypotheses, and measure the magic you create.
Collaboration is in your DNA, and you lead by example.
You're the bridge between user needs, business objectives, and technical possibilities.
Comfortable conducting and summarizing insights from qualitative and quantitative research.
Strong Figma proficiency and experience with interface design
An orientation to creating positive service experiences
Experience collaborating successfully with designers, developers, product managers, and other team members.
Compensation
At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $160,300 - $213,700
Zone B: $144,300 - $192,300
Zone C: $133,000 - $177,400
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
