Senior Process Engineer

Summary: Seeking a Senior Process Engineer with a focus on standardization, development, and support of complex manufacturing processes for circuit card assemblies.

Job Requirements:

• BS Degree in relevant field

• Minimum of 7 years experience in electronics manufacturing

• Proficient knowledge of IPC-610 and J-STD-001

• Must be a US citizen or ITAR compliant

Preferred Skills:

• Lean and Six Sigma Certifications

• SMT Process Engineer Certification

• PMP Certification

• Leadership and engineering management experience

Job Responsibilities:

• Standardize current processes and implement controls for process improvement

• Develop and implement new manufacturing processes as required

• Support the development of the new technology roadmap at the site and globally

• Prepare work instructions, engineering guidelines, reports, and other documentation as required

• Assist with development of work cells and time study analysis as needed

• Analyze data and implement corrective actions to improve quality and production efficiency

• Assure that all processes meet customer requirements

• Support NPI launch activities and lessons learned

• Provide training to engineers, technicians, and machine operators as needed

 

 

 

 

Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $125,000.00 per year
