Job Description
Summary: Seeking a Senior Process Engineer with a focus on standardization, development, and support of complex manufacturing processes for circuit card assemblies.
Job Requirements:
BS Degree in relevant field
Minimum of 7 years experience in electronics manufacturing
Proficient knowledge of IPC-610 and J-STD-001
Must be a US citizen or ITAR compliant
Preferred Skills:
Lean and Six Sigma Certifications
SMT Process Engineer Certification
PMP Certification
Leadership and engineering management experience
Job Responsibilities:
Standardize current processes and implement controls for process improvement
Develop and implement new manufacturing processes as required
Support the development of the new technology roadmap at the site and globally
Prepare work instructions, engineering guidelines, reports, and other documentation as required
Assist with development of work cells and time study analysis as needed
Analyze data and implement corrective actions to improve quality and production efficiency
Assure that all processes meet customer requirements
Support NPI launch activities and lessons learned
Provide training to engineers, technicians, and machine operators as needed
Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $125,000.00 per year
