EMPLOYMENT TYPE:
• Full Time
• 35 to 40 hours per week based on lunch duration.
• Contract
SHIFT:
• 9 AM - 5 PM EST, with an unpaid lunch break.
PAY:
• $17-$20 per hour
LOCATION:
• Work from home, full-time remote. Employees must reside in Arizona.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Calling clients to provide them with no-cost fulfillment materials.
• Answer client queries with a detailed knowledge of the safety materials offered.
• Verifying and updating client information to accurately input orders through the calling system.
• Document all call interactions and orders according to standard operating procedures.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Must be able to provide your laptop, high-speed internet connection, and headset.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1-year outbound calling experience in a call center environment.
• 6+ months of sales a plus (Not required. This is not a sales job but some sales experience is helpful.)
• Proficiency in relevant computer applications, including basic MS Excel.
Experience with online phone/meeting software such as Zoom.
• Excellent data entry and typing skills.
• Strong communication and Customer Service skills.
• Capability to work effectively in a team environment.
• On-time and dependable with people skills.
• Ability to multi-task between multiple call programs.
• Flexibility in work schedule to accommodate calls to different time zones.
• Open to constructive feedback and committed to personal growth.
