Senior Painter / Painter

Alsace Asset Services is a family owned and operated general contractor located in Seattle, WA. We specialize in apartment/rental unit turns, including painting, general maintenance, and cleaning services.

We are hiring painters to assist with apartment turns in the Seattle Metro area.

Job duties:

• Prep-work as needed
• Minor drywall repairs including, but not limited to, the use of drywall tape and mud
• Most jobs will be touchups, but the expectation is that all walls, ceilings, trim, and doors will be painted
• Punctuality and professionalism at each job site is a requirement
• Jobs are completed in one day

A competitive candidate is skilled at:

• Masking
• Cutting-in
• Back-rolling
• Use of a roller and/or airless sprayer
• Framing
• Roping
• Flashing
• Work must be performed without lap marks
• Able to work independently or as part of a small team
• Efficient - turns will be completed in one day

Important details:

• Currently part-time or “as needed” 1099 work based on your schedule/availability
• Pay range $25-$35+ per hour, OR by the job. Pay rate according to experience.
• Plan to bring your own brushes/rollers, though some sites may provide them
• Opportunities for full time employment (if desired) as the business grows.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
