SUMMARY:
The Senior Network Analyst -Help Desk will be primarily responsible for providing excellent customer service to our internal staff for all of their PC/network needs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Staff the Help Desk, solving complex as well as common problems related to PCs, printers, servers, hardware, software, network access and network connectivity
• Install PC hardware and software
• Perform network user-administration tasks, such as creating new users, assigning /changing rights, monthly off-hours patching, resetting passwords and unlocking accounts Perform workstation & Telecom support for IMRF staff
• Set up and manage network printing
• Troubleshoot and resolve Help Desk issues both workstation and network-related
• Maintain inventory records in TrackIt; ensure that TrackIt Inventory is up-to-date and complete
• Perform workstation & Telecom support for IMRF staff
• Perform other duties as required

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
AA required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
AND
5 years of experience in IT support and networking
Certifications are preferred.
