SalaryWe are seeking a full time bilingual (English / Spanish) candidate to join our Billing Department located in Ocoee, FL. This position has the potential to become a hybrid position after initial training.
Qualified applicant must have:
- A minimum of 2 years of medical billing experience. This is not an entry level position.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is required.
- Preference given to those who have worked in Primary Care or Pediatrics setting.
- Familiarity with Medicaid and commercial insurance's billing procedures.
- Proficiency and knowledge of eClinical Works or similar EMR required.
- Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
- Great at multi-tasking.
- Ability to function well in a fast paced environment.
- Great customer service skills.
- Be punctual, reliable with the ability to work independently as well as in with a team.
The basic job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Insurance verification of benefits.
- Encounter review and claim submission.
- Payment posting.
- A/R review and follow up.
- Trouble shooting denied claims.
- Patient billing and collection calls.
Must be able to pass an AHCA Level II Background Screening.

Pay: From $21.00 per hour
