We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer with gas turbine power plant knowledge and experience to oversee multiple power generation projects in the Phoenix area. Your primary responsibilities will be to oversee and manage the work of EPC contractors to deliver new simple cycle peaking power facilities. You'll be expected to possess highly collaborative and sophisticated communication and problem-solving skills. Successful candidates will have a demonstrated ability to collaborate with multiple project stakeholders to overcome project challenges and advocate for successful project completion, on time and on budget.

• Bachelor's or Advanced Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related engineering discipline
• At least 8 years of design, consulting, or operations experience working with service providers, contractors, OEMs, or Owner/Developers
• Proven ability to engage and develop strong working relationships with both clients and EPC contractors.
• Strong communication and technical writing skills
Other highly regarded qualifications include:
• Cogeneration or combined heat and Power system experience
• Design, construction, operation or maintenance of gas turbine equipment
• Familiarity with GE LM6000 gas turbines
• Professional engineering license
