Senior Marketing Specialist
The Senior Marketing Specialist must be a strategic thinker and planner who will manage and oversee product marketing campaigns for Maine State Credit Union. This person needs to be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple, large projects at a time in a fast-paced environment. The ability to collaborate with others across the organization is key. This person must be a self-starter, creative, organized, have strong project management skills and be flexible.
Requirements:
The successful applicant will be a highly motivated, solution-oriented, self-starter and positive thinker with marketing experience (five to seven years), and a Bachelor's Degree in graphic design, marketing, communications, business or related field.
We are seeking a creative individual who can manage multiple projects at a time and know to create and manage 360 degree marketing plans. This person will need to be able to analysis data and recommend and develop marketing promotions and programs to drive growth within new markets based upon findings. This person should also be fluent in social media and content creation. The Senior Marketing Specialist will help to drive brand awareness of MSCU across the state of Maine and will work closely with branch managers to ensure successful local marketing of programs and events. This person must have a learning mindset. Demonstrated knowledge of all social media and digital marketing channels, including email marketing is a must as well as knowledge of adobe creative suite, and all Microsoft products. This person must be comfortable wearing many hats and working in a collaborative environment.
We are seeking someone who has excellent organization and leadership skills who can manage multiple complex projects, campaigns and initiatives independently.
