UES seeks a motivated individual with a minimum of eight years of experience in the A/E/C industry to become an integral part of our marketing and communication department, MarComm. The MarComm team thrives on collaboration and teamwork. We are a close-knit group passionate about utilizing creativity and strategy to produce winning proposals and effective marketing content.
You will report directly to the Regional Marcom Director and work closely with them to lead the Marcomm team in the production of all proposal/qualification packages and other marketing communications and graphic content.
The Senior Marketing Manager will also supervise the Regional Marketing Managers in performing their duties. As a Senior Marketing Manager, you will play a significant role in executing the overall marketing strategy for the region, leading the MarComm team with the MarComm Director, creating content and materials, leading campaigns, and much more for our firm.
This position requires you to be a confident, approachable leader who values being part of a larger team. You seek out ways to make meaningful contributions to the team through staff supervision and participation in mentoring and training. The ideal candidate will demonstrate that they can connect the dots at a strategic level while completing day-to-day tasks in a fast-paced environment, often with little oversight, while maintaining a commitment to high-quality deliverables. You thrive in a collaborative environment and possess excellent communication skills.
