As we expand our reach and deepen our brand's impact, we're in search of a Sr. Marketing Artist who specializes in licensing to bring our licensed merchandise to life through captivating visual storytelling.

Your Role:

In this pivotal position, you will blend artistry with marketing savvy to produce visually compelling marketing materials that resonate with our audiences and amplify our licensed products' appeal. Your creative vision will shape the visual aspects of our marketing campaigns across digital and print mediums, ensuring consistency and engagement across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creative Leadership: Collaborate with internal teams to craft visual strategies that embody our brand's voice and the essence of our licensed merchandise. Your innovative designs will drive brand messaging and campaign goals, making our products irresistible to our target audience.

  • Design Excellence: Generate high-quality visual assets tailored for a variety of channels. Your portfolio will include everything from social media graphics and banner ads to email templates and landing pages, all optimized to enhance user engagement and drive conversions.

  • Brand Consistency: Uphold and evolve our visual identity across platforms, ensuring that every piece of content aligns with our brand's standards, values, and messaging strategy.

  • Digital Optimization: Leverage your deep understanding of digital best practices to create assets that are not only visually stunning but also highly functional, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience across web and mobile interfaces.

  • Project Mastery: Manage multiple projects with precision, setting priorities, meeting deadlines, and collaborating effectively with stakeholders to deliver results that exceed campaign objectives.

  • Innovative Exploration: Stay at the forefront of design and marketing trends, continually honing your skills and adopting new technologies to elevate your creative output.

What We're Looking For:

  • A bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field, complemented by a portfolio that showcases a wide array of creative marketing projects.

  • Over 5 years of experience in a role that blends graphic design with marketing, ideally within the context of licensing and e-commerce.

  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and a solid grasp of design principles, typography, and web/mobile design best practices.

  • An ability to transform marketing briefs into visual masterpieces that communicate effectively and resonate with our audience.

  • Exceptional project management and communication skills, with the ability to juggle various projects and collaborate with diverse teams.
