Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Senior Manufacturing Manager (Level L)to support the Composite Manufacturing (CMC) team in Frederickson, WA.
The Senior Manager will be responsible for the operations of the 777/777-9 Horizontal Stabilizers (HSTAB), Vertical Fin (VFIN) assemblies and details.
A manager in this role will develop cross-functional partnership to achieve team and program goals while developing a work environment that promotes accountability, trust, teamwork, quality and safety.
Position Responsibilities:
Manages employees and first-level managers performing activities within multiple manufacturing disciplines.
Develops and executes integrated departmental plans, policies and procedures and provides input on departmental business and technical strategies, goals and objectives.
Acquires resources for department activities, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.
Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.
Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.
Manages, develops and motivates employees and first-level managers.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsiteat the listed location.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Ability to work any shift assigned, including overtime and weekends.
5+ years of experience working in an aerospace, fabrication, or manufacturing environment.
3+ years of experience performing in a leadership role leading diverse teams, initiatives and projects to meet business objectives and influence change.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Experience using lean manufacturing and/or continuous improvement practices and tools.
Experience in safety and quality leadership position.

Summary Pay Range:$141,300 – 172,700
