- Become the "go to" CHANEL representative on Watches & Fine Jewelry product knowledge and how to sell it.
- Coach and inspire the selling teams to provide adequate information and best in class experience.
- Execute local strategy for product training and sales development coaching programs, for all points of sales, (own and operated boutiques, National Accounts, and specialty retailers).
- Develop close working relationships with leadership within each boutique and point of sale.
- Follow the calendar of new launches to underscore training on new product.
- Build and develop Digital learning solutions.
- Identify specific needs and priorities of the points of sale in your region.
- Training on soft skills, client communication, behavioral coaching, sales techniques.
- Collaborate with various team members, Account Executives, Training Managers of other divisions.

- The anticipated base salary range for this position is $80,000 through $120,000. Base salary is one component of the total compensation for this position. Other forms of variable pay [may/will] be offered for this position. Other components [may/will] include bonus potential, benefits, and/or perks.

Retail/Field/Boutique positions:
- Fragrance & Beauty Field, Fashion Regionals, etc.: Requires in-store presence to develop and coach teams, ensure boutique image and operational standards are upheld and support and create an elevated client experience. Eligible for flex time use.
- Boutique Management: Requires in-store presence to develop and coach teams, ensure boutique image and operational standards are upheld, and deliver elevated client service to drive business results.
- Front of House Fashion: Full-time in-store and in-person presence required to support client sales and client service deliver elevated client service to drive business results.
- Heart of House: Requires in-store presence to facilitate the opening and closing of the boutique; the receiving of inventory; shipping of product to support sales to ensure optimal client service.
